As a meewerkstagiair (working intern) you support the sustainable investment team in engaging with international companies on their sustainability policies. The role involves preparing engagement topics, analyzing sustainability reports and writing client reports. It is a hybrid role of 34 hours per week, starting September 2026.Als meewerkstagiair ondersteun je het team duurzaam beleggen bij het engagement met internationale bedrijven over hun duurzaamheidsbeleid. What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Conduct preliminary research for engagement with international companies
- Prepare and substantiate new engagement topics with ESG analyses
- Formulate critical questions about companies' sustainability policies
- Create client reports on engagement progress
- Analyze sustainability reports and other sources
- Vooronderzoek doen voor engagement met internationale bedrijven
- Nieuwe engagementonderwerpen voorbereiden en onderbouwen met ESG-analyses
- Kritische vragen opstellen over het duurzaamheidsbeleid van bedrijven
- Klantrapportages opstellen over de voortgang van engagement
- Duurzaamheidsrapportages en andere bronnen analyseren
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- University-level (WO) education in sustainability or a related field
- Strong analytical capabilities and critical judgement
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and carefully weigh information
- Wo-opleiding in duurzaamheid of een vergelijkbare richting
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en kritisch beoordelingsvermogen
- Goede schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden
- In staat om initiatief te nemen en informatie zorgvuldig af te wegen
