Advocaat-medewerker Aanbestedingsrecht (EU & Competition)

BarentsKrans is looking for an associate to strengthen its Public Procurement practice in Den Haag.

What you will do

• Advise clients and manage matters within the Public Procurement practice
• Draft and negotiate agreements, advice and other legal documents
• Work closely with partners and other associates on complex files
• Build and maintain client relationships

• Clienten adviseren en dossiers behandelen binnen de Aanbestedingsrecht-praktijk
• Overeenkomsten, adviezen en andere juridische documenten opstellen en onderhandelen
• Nauw samenwerken met partners en andere advocaten aan complexe dossiers
• Clientrelaties opbouwen en onderhouden

What we are looking for

• Relevant post-qualification experience in Public Procurement
• A completed WO master's degree in law and Dutch bar qualification (or equivalent)
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills

• Relevante postdoctorale ervaring in Aanbestedingsrecht
• Een afgeronde WO-master rechten en beedigd advocaat (of gelijkwaardig)
• Uitstekende schrijf- en spreekvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels
• Sterke redactie-, onderhandelings- en analytische vaardigheden
