Legal Adviser Employment, Pensions & Remuneration (Commercial/Pragmatic Profile)

De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek is looking for a senior lawyer to strengthen its Employment & Pensions practice in Amsterdam, taking on independent responsibility for complex matters.

What you will do

• Take independent responsibility for complex Employment & Pensions practice
• Draft and negotiate agreements, advice and other legal documents
• Coach and supervise more junior lawyers within the team
• Contribute to business development and client relationships

• Zelfstandig verantwoordelijk zijn voor complexe Arbeidsrecht & Pensioenen-praktijk
• Overeenkomsten, adviezen en andere juridische documenten opstellen en onderhandelen
• Meer junior advocaten binnen het team begeleiden
• Bijdragen aan business development en clientrelaties

What we are looking for

• Several years of post-qualification experience in Employment & Pensions
• A completed WO master's degree in law and Dutch bar qualification (or equivalent)
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
• Strong leadership and client management skills

• Meerdere jaren postdoctorale ervaring in Arbeidsrecht & Pensioenen
• Een afgeronde WO-master rechten en beedigd advocaat (of gelijkwaardig)
• Uitstekende schrijf- en spreekvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels
• Sterke leiderschaps- en clientmanagementvaardigheden
