Associate Corporate Finance & Valuations

As an Associate within Corporate Finance & Valuations you analyse financial data and deliver strategic advice on valuations, transactions and restructurings. You estimate future cash flows, assess key value drivers and present analyses to management teams using market intelligence.

What you will do

• Analyse financial data and estimate future cash flows for valuations
• Support transaction and restructuring advisory projects
• Prepare presentations and analyses for management teams using market intelligence

• Financiele data analyseren en toekomstige kasstromen inschatten voor waarderingen
• Ondersteunen bij advisering rond transacties en herstructureringen
• Presentaties en analyses voorbereiden voor managementteams op basis van marktinformatie

What we are looking for

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• Around 3 years of experience in corporate finance, valuations, restructuring or financial modelling
• C1-level command of Dutch and English

• Masterdiploma in Finance, Economics, Bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied
• Circa 3 jaar ervaring met corporate finance, waarderingen, herstructureringen of financial modelling
• C1-niveau beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels
