Gevorderde Kandidaat-Notaris (Ondernemingsrecht)

Simmons & Simmons is looking for a senior lawyer to strengthen its Corporate/M&A practice in Amsterdam, taking on independent responsibility for complex matters.

What you will do

• Take independent responsibility for complex Corporate/M&A matters as a candidate notary
• Draft deeds, agreements and other notarial documents
• Advise clients on transactions and structuring
• Coach more junior candidate notaries within the team

• Zelfstandig verantwoordelijk zijn voor complexe Corporate/M&A-dossiers als kandidaat-notaris
• Akten, overeenkomsten en andere notariele stukken opstellen
• Clienten adviseren over transacties en structurering
• Meer junior kandidaat-notarissen binnen het team begeleiden

What we are looking for

• Several years of post-qualification experience in Corporate/M&A
• A completed WO master's degree in notarial law
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
• Precision, strong drafting skills and client focus

• Meerdere jaren postdoctorale ervaring in Corporate/M&A
• Een afgeronde WO-master notarieel recht
• Uitstekende schrijf- en spreekvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels
• Nauwkeurigheid, sterke redactievaardigheden en clientgerichtheid
