As a Business Analytics Intern you support Tower's Business Support teams, which enable the firm's trading and engineering teams by managing market access, data, risk management, compliance and business services. What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Collect, prepare and analyze operational and trading data to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key operational metrics
- Perform data quality checks across trade, position, cash and reference data
- Support analysis of the trade lifecycle, including reconciliations and settlements
- Assist in automating recurring reports and workflows using SQL, Python or Excel
- Operationele en handelsdata verzamelen, voorbereiden en analyseren ter ondersteuning van bedrijfsbeslissingen
- Dashboards en rapportages ontwikkelen en onderhouden om operationele kernindicatoren te volgen
- Datakwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op trade-, positie-, cash- en referentiedata

What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Currently pursuing a degree in data analytics, statistics or a similar discipline
- Proficiency with Python and libraries such as numpy and pandas
- Proficiency with SQL and interest in data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Available to start by October 2026
