What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Lead and execute M&A transactions including negotiations and closing
- Analyze financial data and develop financial models for transaction feasibility
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, buyers, sellers and stakeholders
- Contribute to strategic planning and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders
- M&A transacties leiden en uitvoeren, inclusief onderhandelingen en closing
- Financiele gegevens analyseren en financiele modellen ontwikkelen voor haalbaarheidsbeoordeling
- Relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met klanten, kopers, verkopers en stakeholders
- Bijdragen aan strategische planning en groeikansen signaleren
- Presentaties en rapportages voorbereiden voor stakeholders
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- University degree in Accountancy, Valuation, Finance or comparable field
- Minimum 5 years M&A experience
- Strong knowledge of the Dutch M&A market
- Strong communication abilities in Dutch and English
- Willingness to mentor junior colleagues
- Universitaire opleiding Accountancy, Valuation, Finance of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal 5 jaar M&A ervaring
- Sterke kennis van de Nederlandse M&A markt
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
- Bereidheid om junior collega's te begeleiden
