The Dutch practice traces its roots to accountancy firms founded in the first half of the twentieth century that later joined the international BDO network. In the Netherlands, BDO combines audit, tax and accountancy services with an advisory arm that includes Deal Advisory, corporate finance, valuations, debt advisory, and buy-side and sell-side transaction (due diligence) support, working mostly for mid-market companies, private equity investors and family-owned businesses.BDO is een lid-organisatie van BDO International, een van de grotere accountancy- en adviesnetwerken ter wereld buiten de Big Four.
