Boels Zanders was formed on 1 January 2001 when the partnerships Boels van Eijndhoven & Coenegracht and Zanders & Eikendal merged. The firm has since grown into one of the largest independent firms in the southern Netherlands, serving businesses and organisations in real estate, healthcare, education and government.Boels Zanders ontstond op 1 januari 2001 door een fusie van de maatschappen Boels van Eijndhoven & Coenegracht en Zanders & Eikendal. Het kantoor groeide sindsdien uit tot een van de grootste onafhankelijke kantoren in Zuid-Nederland, met clienten in vastgoed, zorg, onderwijs en bij de overheid.
