NautaDutilh's origins trace back to a notarial practice founded in Rotterdam in 1724. Its modern form dates from a 1990 merger between Dutilh, Van der Hoeven & Slager and Nauta Van Haersolte. The firm today combines lawyers, civil-law notaries and tax advisers, and advises on corporate transactions, banking and finance, disputes and regulatory matters for domestic and international clients.De oorsprong van NautaDutilh gaat terug tot een notariskantoor dat in 1724 in Rotterdam werd opgericht.
