The organisation
What EY Netherlands does
EY is one of the Big Four professional-services firms and, like the other three, one of the largest employers in Dutch business services. The Dutch firm has a history stretching back more than a century through predecessor accountancy practices and today operates under the global EY network. Its main service lines are Assurance, Tax, Consulting, and Strategy and Transactions. The Strategy and Transactions practice includes corporate finance advice, M&A support on the buy side and sell side, transaction diligence, valuations and restructuring, serving corporates, private equity firms and public-sector clients.
