The organisation
What MN does
MN is a Dutch fiduciary asset manager based in The Hague, originating in the early 1990s from the pension organisation for the metal and technology sector. It manages investments on behalf of a number of Dutch pension funds, most notably PMT, the large pension fund for the metal and technology industry, and PME, the pension fund for the metal and electrical engineering sector, as well as several smaller company pension funds. MN operates without a profit motive and works on a fiduciary basis, meaning it advises on and implements investment policy set by its pension fund clients. In 2024 MN's pension administration activities for PMT transferred to fellow pension executor PGGM, so MN now focuses on fiduciary asset management for its pension fund clients.
