Brinkhof is looking for a starting advocaat-stagiair(e) to join its Commercial practice in Amsterdam, combining supervised casework with the mandatory Beroepsopleiding Advocaten.Brinkhof zoekt een startende advocaat-stagiair(e) voor de Commercieel Contractenrecht-praktijk in Amsterdam, waarbij begeleid dossierwerk wordt gecombineerd met de verplichte Beroepsopleiding Advocaten.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Complete the mandatory advocaat-stagiair(e) traineeship while working on Commercial matters
- Draft pleadings, advice and contracts under the supervision of experienced lawyers
- Attend court hearings, client meetings and negotiations
- Follow the Beroepsopleiding Advocaten alongside daily practice work
- De verplichte advocaat-stagiair(e)-periode doorlopen terwijl je werkt aan Commercieel Contractenrecht-dossiers
- Processtukken, adviezen en contracten opstellen onder toezicht van ervaren advocaten
- Aansluiten bij zittingen, clientgesprekken en onderhandelingen
- De Beroepsopleiding Advocaten volgen naast het dagelijkse praktijkwerk
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A completed WO master's degree in law
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
- A genuine interest in Commercial
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude
- Een afgeronde WO-master rechten
- Uitstekende schrijf- en spreekvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels
- Een oprechte interesse in Commercieel Contractenrecht
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een proactieve instelling
