What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise clients and manage matters within the Dispute Resolution practice
- Draft and negotiate agreements, advice and other legal documents
- Work closely with partners and other associates on complex files
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Clienten adviseren en dossiers behandelen binnen de Geschillenbeslechting-praktijk
- Overeenkomsten, adviezen en andere juridische documenten opstellen en onderhandelen
- Nauw samenwerken met partners en andere advocaten aan complexe dossiers
- Clientrelaties opbouwen en onderhouden
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Relevant post-qualification experience in Dispute Resolution
- A completed WO master's degree in law and Dutch bar qualification (or equivalent)
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- Relevante postdoctorale ervaring in Geschillenbeslechting
- Een afgeronde WO-master rechten en beedigd advocaat (of gelijkwaardig)
- Uitstekende schrijf- en spreekvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels
- Sterke redactie-, onderhandelings- en analytische vaardigheden
