2027 Commercial & Investment Bank - Global Investment Banking Analyst Program - Off-Cycle Internship (January-April) - Amsterdam

As a 2027 Global Investment Banking Analyst Program intern in Amsterdam, you spend your internship alongside investment banking professionals, developing strategies that help government, institutional and corporate clients grow. You get exposure to live deal work under the guidance of senior leaders.

What you will do

• Analyse market data, build detailed financial models and prepare client presentations for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and capital markets advisory
• Support the management of client transactions from pitch to close under guidance of senior leaders
• Come up with creative ways to solve complex, real-world business challenges
• Sharpen technical skills and build a professional network with mentors and senior executives

• Marktdata analyseren, gedetailleerde financiele modellen bouwen en presentaties voorbereiden voor fusies en overnames, leveraged buyouts en kapitaalmarktadvies
• Meewerken aan klanttransacties van pitch tot afronding onder begeleiding van senior collega's
• Creatieve oplossingen bedenken voor complexe zakelijke vraagstukken
• Technische vaardigheden aanscherpen en een professioneel netwerk opbouwen met mentoren en senior leidinggevenden

What we are looking for

• Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpretative skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment
• Adaptable, flexible and resilient
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Expected graduation date between January 2027 and December 2028
