What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Assist experienced civil-law notaries on Corporate/M&A matters
- Draft deeds, agreements and other notarial documents under supervision
- Support client meetings and due diligence on transactions
- Work towards full qualification as a civil-law notary
- Ervaren notarissen ondersteunen bij Corporate/M&A-dossiers
- Akten, overeenkomsten en andere notariele stukken opstellen onder toezicht
- Clientgesprekken en due diligence bij transacties ondersteunen
- Toewerken naar volledige kwalificatie als notaris
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A completed or nearly completed WO master's degree in notarial law
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
- A genuine interest in Corporate/M&A
- Precision and strong analytical skills
- Een afgeronde of bijna afgeronde WO-master notarieel recht
- Uitstekende schrijf- en spreekvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels
- Een oprechte interesse in Corporate/M&A
- Nauwkeurigheid en sterke analytische vaardigheden
