Studentstage Litigation & Risk Management

Ploum's Rotterdam office is looking for a student to join its Dispute Resolution practice for a fixed period, working alongside qualified lawyers on live matters.

What you will do

• Take part in the Dispute Resolution practice for a fixed period, working alongside qualified lawyers
• Contribute to live client matters through research, drafting and case preparation
• Attend client meetings, hearings or negotiations where relevant
• Experience the day-to-day practice and culture of the firm

• Voor een bepaalde periode meedraaien in de Geschillenbeslechting-praktijk, samen met ervaren advocaten
• Meewerken aan lopende clientdossiers via onderzoek, opstellen van stukken en dossiervoorbereiding
• Waar relevant aansluiten bij clientgesprekken, zittingen of onderhandelingen
• De dagelijkse praktijk en cultuur van het kantoor van dichtbij meemaken

What we are looking for

• A law degree in progress, with strong grades
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
• A demonstrable interest in Dispute Resolution
• A team player with strong analytical skills

• Een lopende rechtenstudie met goede cijfers
• Uitstekende schrijf- en spreekvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels
• Een aantoonbare interesse in Geschillenbeslechting
• Een teamspeler met sterke analytische vaardigheden
