Manager Corporate Finance

Within a Corporate Finance team of around 15 professionals, you advise entrepreneurs and investors in the Dutch mid-market on acquisitions and sales, working alongside RSM's Financial Advisory Services practice in Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Advise on acquisition and sale transactions
• Identify and acquire new client engagements
• Collaborate internationally on cross-border transactions
• Coach junior and mid-level professionals
• Prepare and deliver training

• Adviseren bij aan- en verkooptransacties
• Nieuwe klantopdrachten signaleren en binnenhalen
• Internationaal samenwerken aan grensoverschrijdende transacties
• Junior en medior collega's coachen
• Trainingen voorbereiden en geven

What we are looking for

• University degree in (Technical) Business Administration, Econometrics, Economics or related technical field
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience at an international advisory firm preferred
• Corporate Finance expertise with exposure to business owners and private equity
• Affinity with the mid-market segment

• Universitaire opleiding (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, Econometrie, Economie of vergelijkbaar technisch vakgebied
• Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
• Bij voorkeur minimaal 7 jaar relevante ervaring bij een internationaal adviesbureau
• Corporate Finance expertise met ervaring bij ondernemers en private equity
• Affiniteit met het mid-marketsegment
