Ten Holter Noordam is looking for a starting advocaat-stagiair(e) to join its Real Estate practice in Rotterdam, combining supervised casework with the mandatory Beroepsopleiding Advocaten.

What you will do

• Complete the mandatory advocaat-stagiair(e) traineeship while working on Real Estate matters
• Draft pleadings, advice and contracts under the supervision of experienced lawyers
• Attend court hearings, client meetings and negotiations
• Follow the Beroepsopleiding Advocaten alongside daily practice work

• De verplichte advocaat-stagiair(e)-periode doorlopen terwijl je werkt aan Vastgoed-dossiers
• Processtukken, adviezen en contracten opstellen onder toezicht van ervaren advocaten
• Aansluiten bij zittingen, clientgesprekken en onderhandelingen
• De Beroepsopleiding Advocaten volgen naast het dagelijkse praktijkwerk

What we are looking for

• A completed WO master's degree in law
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
• A genuine interest in Real Estate
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude

• Een afgeronde WO-master rechten
• Uitstekende schrijf- en spreekvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels
• Een oprechte interesse in Vastgoed
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een proactieve instelling
