What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Handle Corporate/M&A matters as a candidate notary
- Draft deeds, agreements and other notarial documents
- Advise clients on transactions and structuring
- Work closely with the notary and other candidate notaries in the team
- Werken aan Corporate/M&A-dossiers als kandidaat-notaris
- Akten, overeenkomsten en andere notariele stukken opstellen
- Clienten adviseren over transacties en structurering
- Nauw samenwerken met de notaris en andere kandidaat-notarissen in het team
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Relevant post-qualification experience in Corporate/M&A
- A completed WO master's degree in notarial law
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
- Precision, strong drafting skills and client focus
- Relevante postdoctorale ervaring in Corporate/M&A
- Een afgeronde WO-master notarieel recht
- Uitstekende schrijf- en spreekvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels
- Nauwkeurigheid, sterke redactievaardigheden en clientgerichtheid
