Advocaat medewerker Financial Law

With 4 to 7 years of experience you join a team known as a market leader in financial regulatory law, advising Dutch and international financial enterprises on regulation, contracts, property rights and securities law.

What you will do

• Draft agreements and product terms for financial services clients
• File license applications with regulators such as DNB and AFM
• Advise on property law, obligations law and insolvency matters in contexts such as derivatives and prime brokerage
• Advise on technological innovation in finance, including blockchain, payments and cloud solutions

• Overeenkomsten en productvoorwaarden opstellen voor clienten in de financiele dienstverlening
• Vergunningaanvragen indienen bij toezichthouders zoals DNB en AFM
• Adviseren over goederenrecht, verbintenissenrecht en insolventievraagstukken, bijvoorbeeld bij derivaten en prime brokerage
• Adviseren over technologische innovatie in de financiele sector, zoals blockchain, betalingsverkeer en cloudoplossingen

What we are looking for

• 4 to 7 years of experience in legal practice
• Understanding of property law, obligations law and/or insolvency law
• Demonstrated affinity with financial markets
• Excellent written and spoken English combined with strong analytical skills

• 4 tot 7 jaar ervaring in de juridische praktijk
• Kennis van goederenrecht, verbintenissenrecht en/of insolventierecht
• Aantoonbare affiniteit met de financiele markten
• Uitstekend Engels in woord en geschrift, gecombineerd met sterk analytisch vermogen
