Within a Corporate Finance team of around 15 professionals, you advise entrepreneurs and investors in the Dutch mid-market on acquisitions and sales, working alongside RSM's Financial Advisory Services practice in Amsterdam.
What you will do
- Advise on acquisition and sale transactions
- Identify and acquire new client engagements
- Collaborate internationally on cross-border transactions
- Coach junior and mid-level professionals
- Prepare and deliver training
What we are looking for
- University degree in (Technical) Business Administration, Econometrics, Economics or related technical field
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience at an international advisory firm preferred
- Corporate Finance expertise with exposure to business owners and private equity
- Affinity with the mid-market segment
