As Junior Adviseur Corporate Finance you join BDO's Deal Advisory team focused on the southern region, working from Eindhoven and two days a week from Utrecht. You will follow training within the CF Academy, covering relevant M&A themes.Als Junior Adviseur Corporate Finance kom je bij het Deal Advisory team dat gericht is op de regio Zuid, werkend vanuit Eindhoven en twee dagen per week vanuit Utrecht. Je volgt trainingen binnen de CF Academy, gericht op relevante M&A-thema's.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Analyse markets and companies and prepare pitch materials
- Create information memoranda for M&A transactions and conduct acquisition searches
- Assist with business valuations and support entrepreneurs through acquisition, sale and merger processes
- Markten en bedrijven analyseren en pitchmateriaal voorbereiden
- Informatiememoranda opstellen voor M&A-transacties en overnamezoektochten uitvoeren
- Ondersteunen bij bedrijfswaarderingen en ondernemers begeleiden bij overname-, verkoop- en fusieprocessen
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Completed university (WO) degree, preferably with a finance or economics background
- Interest in M&A and strong analytical skills
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent in Dutch and English
- Afgeronde WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur met een finance- of economieachtergrond
- Interesse in M&A en sterke analytische vaardigheden
- Goede beheersing van Excel en PowerPoint, en vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
