As a Graduate Trader you work with a team of researchers and engineers, developing and using algorithmic trading strategies. What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Generate profits through volatility trading by position-taking and market making
- Manage the risk of your own portfolio
- Improve and refine the trading infrastructure and setup
- Devise new trading strategies for current and prospective markets
- Evaluate prospective markets for opportunities
- Winst genereren via volatility trading door posities in te nemen en market making
- Risicobeheer van je eigen portefeuille

What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Technical background in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics, Quant Finance or similar
- Strong interest in trading, experience in real or simulated trading is a plus
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Understanding of risk and reward patterns
- Strong affinity with numbers and an analytical approach to problem solving
- Technische achtergrond in wiskunde, natuurkunde, engineering, econometrie, quant finance of vergelijkbaar
- Sterke interesse in trading, ervaring met echte of gesimuleerde handel is een pre
- Vermogen om onder druk beslissingen te nemen
- Inzicht in risico en rendement
- Sterke affiniteit met cijfers en een analytische aanpak van problemen
