The organisation
What Dentons does
The Amsterdam practice traces back to Boekel, active since 1957, which became Boekel De Nerée in 1990 after merging with a notarial practice, and reverted to the name Boekel in 2015 after a period of restructuring. Boekel merged with the global Dentons network in 2017, and the office fully rebranded as Dentons at the end of 2019.
