What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise on reorganizations, internal investigations and compensation matters
- Handle employment law procedures, including works council matters
- Advise on immigration matters at both national and international levels
- Mentor junior colleagues within the team
- Adviseren over reorganisaties, interne onderzoeken en beloningsvraagstukken
- Arbeidsrechtelijke procedures voeren, waaronder medezeggenschapskwesties
- Adviseren over immigratievraagstukken, zowel nationaal als internationaal
- Junior collega's begeleiden binnen het team
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- At least 8 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably gained at an international firm
- A proactive, hands-on and commercially aware approach
- A team player mentality with an international and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
- Ten minste 8 jaar ervaring als advocaat, bij voorkeur opgedaan bij een internationaal kantoor
- Een proactieve, hands-on en commercieel bewuste aanpak
- Teamgerichtheid met een internationale en ondernemende mindset
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
