Dentons is recruiting a Senior Associate or Counsel for its Labor Law team in Amsterdam, led by Franck van Uden, working on matters ranging from reorganizations and internal investigations to compensation issues and immigration law.
What you will do
- Advise on reorganizations, internal investigations and compensation matters
- Handle employment law procedures, including works council matters
- Advise on immigration matters at both national and international levels
- Mentor junior colleagues within the team
What we are looking for
- At least 8 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably gained at an international firm
- A proactive, hands-on and commercially aware approach
- A team player mentality with an international and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
