What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise on trademark, copyright, design and media law matters with commercially focused advice
- Manage IP transactions, including licenses and technology transfers
- Handle advertising clearance questions and IP disputes
- Advise on digital-context IP issues, such as platform liability and software copyright protection
- Adviseren over merken-, auteurs-, modellen- en mediarecht met commercieel gerichte adviezen
- IP transacties begeleiden, waaronder licenties en technologieoverdrachten
- Reclamerechtelijke vraagstukken en IP geschillen behandelen
- Adviseren over IP vraagstukken in een digitale context, zoals platformaansprakelijkheid en auteursrechtelijke bescherming van software
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- A completed master's degree in Dutch Law
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
- Ten minste 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Een afgeronde master Nederlands recht
- Uitstekende analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
