Dentons is recruiting a (Senior) Associate for its Intellectual Property, Data & Technology team in Amsterdam, led by partner Alexander Odle, advising clients on soft IP, trade secrets and information technology matters.
What you will do
- Advise on trademark, copyright, design and media law matters with commercially focused advice
- Manage IP transactions, including licenses and technology transfers
- Handle advertising clearance questions and IP disputes
- Advise on digital-context IP issues, such as platform liability and software copyright protection
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- A completed master's degree in Dutch Law
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
