NautaDutilh's origins trace back to a notarial practice founded in Rotterdam in 1724. Its modern form dates from a 1990 merger between Dutilh, Van der Hoeven & Slager and Nauta Van Haersolte. The firm today combines lawyers, civil-law notaries and tax advisers, and advises on corporate transactions, banking and finance, disputes and regulatory matters for domestic and international clients.
