Kandidaat Notaris Real Estate

In the Real Estate team you begin a three year training path with a four month program at the NautaDutilh Institute, before starting the KNB's formal notarial training around six months in.

What you will do

• Complete the four month intensive program at the NautaDutilh Institute at the start of the role
• Begin the Royal Dutch Notary professional association's formal notarial training after around six months
• Work on real estate matters within the Real Estate team under mentor guidance
• Apply theoretical notarial knowledge to practical, complex real estate matters

• Het intensieve programma van vier maanden bij het NautaDutilh Institute doorlopen aan het begin van de functie
• Na ongeveer een half jaar starten met de beroepsopleiding van de Koninklijke Notariele Beroepsorganisatie
• Vastgoeddossiers behandelen binnen het Real Estate team onder begeleiding van een mentor
• Theoretische notariele kennis toepassen op complexe vastgoedvraagstukken in de praktijk

What we are looking for

• Completed master's degree in notarial law
• Specific interest in real estate
• Curiosity driven approach to complex notarial matters
• Strong communication skills to explain legal concepts clearly

• Afgeronde master notarieel recht
• Specifieke interesse in vastgoed
• Nieuwsgierige aanpak van complexe notariele vraagstukken
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om juridische begrippen helder uit te leggen
