As an intern in Corporate Finance you support the team on live deal work for mid-sized family businesses across the Netherlands, with room to shape your own task package.
What you will do
- Assist with the guidance of company acquisitions and sales
- Support management buy-out processes
- Work on business valuations
- Help arrange financing for clients
What we are looking for
- Completed or nearly completed master's degree in finance, economics or business administration
- Enthusiasm for M&A and strategic business questions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork, curiosity and analytical ability
