De praktijkgroep Real Estate – Transacties en Huurrecht bestaat uit zestien advocaten. De praktijkgroep houdt zich voornamelijk bezig met huurrecht, projectontwikkeling en vastgoedtransacties. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan het adviseren van projectontwikkelaars en (internationale) beleggers, het begeleiden van vastgoedtransacties en het opstellen en uitonderhandelen van huur- en koopovereenkomsten.
