CMS is looking for a mid-level lawyer to join its eighteen-strong Banking & Finance team in Amsterdam, working on financing transactions, security arrangements, insolvency and restructuring matters for financial institutions and corporates.
What you will do
- Take an active role in managing transactional banking deals
- Independently handle parts of international financing transactions
- Advise clients on financing, security, insolvency and restructuring matters
- Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to the team's knowledge development
What we are looking for
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a transactional legal practice
- The ability to work independently and communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
- A commercial mindset combined with ambition and collegiality
