CMS is looking for a mid-level lawyer to join its eighteen-strong Banking & Finance team in Amsterdam, working on financing transactions, security arrangements, insolvency and restructuring matters for financial institutions and corporates.CMS zoekt een advocaat-medewerker voor de achttien man sterke praktijkgroep Banking & Finance in Amsterdam, die financieringstransacties, zekerheden, insolventie en herstructureringen begeleidt voor financiële instellingen en ondernemingen.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Take an active role in managing transactional banking deals
- Independently handle parts of international financing transactions
- Advise clients on financing, security, insolvency and restructuring matters
- Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to the team's knowledge development
- Een actieve rol vervullen bij het managen van transactional banking deals
- Zelfstandig onderdelen van internationale financieringstransacties voor je rekening nemen
- Cliënten adviseren over financierings-, zekerheden-, insolventie- en herstructureringsvraagstukken
- Cliëntrelaties opbouwen en onderhouden en bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling binnen het team
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a transactional legal practice
- The ability to work independently and communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
- A commercial mindset combined with ambition and collegiality
- 4 tot 6 jaar ervaring in een transactionele juridische praktijk
- Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en helder te communiceren met collega's op alle niveaus
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Commercieel gevoel, gecombineerd met ambitie en collegialiteit
