Senior Consultant Commercial Due Diligence

What you will do

• Perform financial or commercial due diligence on acquisitions and investments
• Analyse company figures, business plans and valuations
• Report findings to private equity and corporate clients

• Financiele of commerciele due diligence uitvoeren bij overnames en investeringen
• Bedrijfscijfers, businessplannen en waarderingen analyseren
• Bevindingen rapporteren aan participatiemaatschappijen en corporate clienten

What we are looking for

• A master's degree in economics, finance, econometrics or accountancy
• Experience in transaction advisory, audit or corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills and excellent English

• Ervaring in transactieadvies, audit of corporate finance
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en uitstekend Engels
