(Senior) Consultant People Strategy and M&A

What you will do

• Advise companies on the people side of mergers and acquisitions
• Analyse organisation, culture and integration questions in transactions
• Develop and present strategic recommendations

• Financiele of commerciele due diligence uitvoeren bij overnames en investeringen
• Bedrijfscijfers, businessplannen en waarderingen analyseren
• Bevindingen rapporteren aan participatiemaatschappijen en corporate clienten

What we are looking for

• A master's degree in a business or social science field
• Experience in strategy or transaction advisory
• Excellent command of English

• Een masterdiploma in economie, finance, econometrie of accountancy
• Ervaring in transactieadvies, audit of corporate finance
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en uitstekend Engels
