What you will do
- Advise companies on the people side of mergers and acquisitions
- Analyse organisation, culture and integration questions in transactions
- Develop and present strategic recommendations
What we are looking for
- A master's degree in a business or social science field
- Experience in strategy or transaction advisory
- Excellent command of English
