- Advise clients on the legal aspects of international reorganisations
- Help shape and execute corporate restructurings
- Work together with tax and corporate teams
- Clienten adviseren over juridische aspecten van internationale reorganisaties
- Herstructureringen van vennootschappen mee vormgeven en uitvoeren
- Samenwerken met fiscale en corporate teams
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A master's degree in law
- Experience in corporate law or legal consulting
- Excellent command of English
- Een masterdiploma rechten
- Ervaring in ondernemingsrecht of legal consulting
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Engels
