- Work independently on complex patent cases
- Act as a sparring partner on substance for clients and colleagues
- Contribute to developing the practice at home and abroad
- Handle cross-border matters within international teams
- Zelfstandig werken aan complexe octrooizaken
- Optreden als inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor cliënten en collega's
- Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de praktijk in binnen- en buitenland
- Grensoverschrijdende zaken behandelen binnen internationale teams
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Three to eight years of relevant experience in patent law
- Clear affinity with technology and innovation and a feel for commercial interests
- The ability to analyse complex questions and turn them into pragmatic solutions
- Clear, persuasive communication in Dutch and English within a collaborative practice
- Drie tot acht jaar relevante werkervaring in het octrooirecht
- Duidelijke affiniteit met technologie en innovatie en gevoel voor commerciële belangen
- Het vermogen om complexe vraagstukken te analyseren en om te zetten in pragmatische oplossingen
- Heldere, overtuigende communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels binnen een samenwerkingsgerichte praktijk
