What you will do
- Manage complex projects and hold final responsibility for large consultant teams
- Analyse business challenges and develop data-driven recommendations
- Guide clients in putting growth and performance strategies into practice
- Coach consultants and contribute to the firm's knowledge development
What we are looking for
- Academic (WO) degree
- More than five years in strategy or management consulting, or strategic or operational roles
- Proven experience leading others and delegating to junior team members
- Skilled in Excel modelling, PowerPoint and storytelling, fluent in English
