What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Design and lead commercial due diligence for M&A transactions
- Build value creation programs for portfolio companies
- Assess target companies and their equity stories to reveal long-term potential
- Manage smaller projects and lead modules while coaching three to five consultants
- Commercial due diligence opzetten en leiden bij overnametransacties

What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Academic (WO) degree
- Four to seven years in strategy or management consulting, or strategic or operational roles
- Involvement in more than fifteen commercial due diligence projects
- Strong analytical skills, commercial insight and technical affinity
