Roland Berger is a global strategy consulting firm, and its Amsterdam transaction and investor services team advises private equity and strategic clients on M&A deals. In this role you lead and manage projects that help investors judge the true value of target companies.
What you will do
- Design and lead commercial due diligence for M&A transactions
- Build value creation programs for portfolio companies
- Assess target companies and their equity stories to reveal long-term potential
- Manage smaller projects and lead modules while coaching three to five consultants
What we are looking for
- Academic (WO) degree
- Four to seven years in strategy or management consulting, or strategic or operational roles
- Involvement in more than fifteen commercial due diligence projects
- Strong analytical skills, commercial insight and technical affinity
