What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Support Technology Due Diligence and IT Due Diligence assessments, including reviews of IT landscapes, cybersecurity capabilities, software products, platforms and technology operating models
- Help clients prepare for due diligence, carve-outs, separations, technology integrations and post-merger integration
- Analyse current and future technology strategies, business models and technology architectures
- Participate in client interviews, management sessions and expert sessions to gather insights
- Contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships with corporate and private equity clients
- Technology Due Diligence- en IT Due Diligence-trajecten ondersteunen, waaronder beoordelingen van IT-landschappen, cybersecurity-capabilities, softwareproducten, platformen en technology operating models
- Klanten helpen zich voor te bereiden op due diligence-processen, carve-outs, separaties, technologie-integraties en Post-Merger Integration-trajecten
- Huidige en toekomstige technologiestrategieen, businessmodellen en technologiearchitecturen analyseren
- Deelnemen aan klantinterviews, managementgesprekken en expertsessies om inzichten te verzamelen
- Bijdragen aan het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties met corporate en private equity-klanten
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A relevant Master's degree (MSc, ir.) in Information Technology and Systems, Business Information Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable field
- 0 to 2 years of work experience
- Strong affinity with technology, digital transformation and technology strategy
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities alongside your studies
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
- Een relevante masteropleiding (MSc, ir.) in bijvoorbeeld Information Technology and Systems, Business Information Management, Computer Science of Software Engineering
- 0 tot 2 jaar werkervaring
