What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work on the execution of live transactions and assist in the origination of projects
- Support senior bankers in all aspects of M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions
- Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support transaction origination and execution
- Assist in preparing pitch books, information memoranda and other marketing materials
- Perform detailed financial analysis including valuation, merger consequences and leveraged buyout analysis
- Meewerken aan de uitvoering van lopende transacties en ondersteunen bij het aandragen van projecten
- Senior bankiers ondersteunen bij alle aspecten van M&A, aandelen- en obligatiekapitaalmarkttransacties

- Meewerken aan pitchbooks, informatiememoranda en ander marketingmateriaal

What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Relevant (full-time) experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance, with exposure to M&A and capital markets transactions
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid understanding of the transaction lifecycle across key investment banking products
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with core investment banking databases (e.g. FactSet)
- Relevante (fulltime) ervaring in investment banking of corporate finance, met affiniteit met M&A- en kapitaalmarkttransacties
- Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van financiele modellering, waardering en analyse, met oog voor detail
- Sterke communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Goed begrip van het verloop van transacties binnen belangrijke investment banking producten
- Vaardig in MS Office en bekend met investment banking databases zoals FactSet
