Investment Banking Analyst (F/M/X)

As an Investment Banking Analyst in Deutsche Bank's Benelux Corporate Finance business, you develop essential skills and gain experience working on the execution of live transactions, assisting in origination and supporting senior bankers across M&A, equity and debt capital markets.

What you will do

  • Work on the execution of live transactions and assist in the origination of projects
  • Support senior bankers in all aspects of M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions
  • Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support transaction origination and execution
  • Assist in preparing pitch books, information memoranda and other marketing materials
  • Perform detailed financial analysis including valuation, merger consequences and leveraged buyout analysis

What we are looking for

  • Relevant (full-time) experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance, with exposure to M&A and capital markets transactions
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid understanding of the transaction lifecycle across key investment banking products
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with core investment banking databases (e.g. FactSet)
