The organisation
What Loyens & Loeff does
Loyens & Loeff was formed on 1 January 2000 through a merger between the Dutch tax firm Loyens & Volkmaars and part of the Belgian firm Loeff Claeys Verbeke. The combination of integrated legal and tax advice became the firm's signature, and it built what is generally regarded as the largest tax practice of any law firm in Europe, alongside a full-service legal practice.
