As a candidate notary at the Netherlands' largest notarial practice, you assist with major real estate transactions, the transfer of shareholder interests and corporate financing arrangements, starting with the firm's own Introduction Academy.
What you will do
- Assist with significant real estate transactions
- Work on the transfer of shareholder interests
- Support corporate financing arrangements
- Complete the Loyens & Loeff Introduction Academy followed by the KNB professional training program
What we are looking for
- Nearly completed or completed master's degree in notarial law
- Excellent command of Dutch, English strongly preferred
- Results oriented, quality focused and conscientious working style
- Strong team player
