What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Assist with significant real estate transactions
- Work on the transfer of shareholder interests
- Support corporate financing arrangements
- Complete the Loyens & Loeff Introduction Academy followed by the KNB professional training program
- Meewerken aan omvangrijke vastgoedtransacties
- Werkzaamheden verrichten rond de overdracht van aandeelhoudersbelangen
- Ondernemingsfinancieringen begeleiden
- De Loyens & Loeff Introduction Academy doorlopen, gevolgd door de beroepsopleiding van de KNB
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Nearly completed or completed master's degree in notarial law
- Excellent command of Dutch, English strongly preferred
- Results oriented, quality focused and conscientious working style
- Strong team player
- Bijna afgeronde of afgeronde master notarieel recht
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, Engels sterk gewenst
- Resultaatgerichte, kwaliteitsbewuste en zorgvuldige werkstijl
