Advocaat-medewerker Corporate Criminal Law

You join Loyens & Loeff's Corporate Investigations, Compliance & Defence team, a group of around 30 lawyers, tax specialists and investigators across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, at a moment of expansion for the criminal law practice.

What you will do

• Assist companies and senior management in criminal law matters
• Investigate possible irregularities within organizations
• Advise on compliance with laws and regulations
• Advise companies that have become victims of criminal acts

• Ondernemingen en hoger management bijstaan in strafzaken
• Onderzoek doen naar mogelijke onregelmatigheden binnen organisaties
• Adviseren over naleving van wet- en regelgeving
• Bedrijven adviseren die slachtoffer zijn geworden van strafbare feiten

What we are looking for

• 3 to 8 years of experience in corporate criminal law practice
• Thorough, systematic approach to complex legal questions
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Interest in adjacent fields such as administrative law, environmental law or financial supervision law

• 3 tot 8 jaar ervaring in de ondernemingsstrafrechtpraktijk
• Grondige, systematische aanpak van complexe juridische vraagstukken
• Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
• Interesse in aangrenzende rechtsgebieden zoals bestuursrecht, omgevingsrecht of financieel toezichtrecht
