You join Loyens & Loeff's Corporate Investigations, Compliance & Defence team, a group of around 30 lawyers, tax specialists and investigators across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, at a moment of expansion for the criminal law practice.
What you will do
- Assist companies and senior management in criminal law matters
- Investigate possible irregularities within organizations
- Advise on compliance with laws and regulations
- Advise companies that have become victims of criminal acts
What we are looking for
- 3 to 8 years of experience in corporate criminal law practice
- Thorough, systematic approach to complex legal questions
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Interest in adjacent fields such as administrative law, environmental law or financial supervision law
