- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, investments, management participations, collaborations and restructurings
- Build independent client contact relatively quickly, with support from senior advocates
- Work within a rapidly growing practice with a young, informal team
- Collaborate across the 's-Hertogenbosch and Amsterdam offices on corporate matters
- Adviseer over fusies, overnames, investeringen, managementparticipaties, samenwerkingen en herstructureringen
- Bouw relatief snel zelfstandig cliëntcontact op, met ondersteuning van senior advocaten
- Werk binnen een snelgroeiende praktijk met een jong en informeel team
- Werk samen tussen de vestigingen 's-Hertogenbosch en Amsterdam aan ondernemingsrechtelijke dossiers

- 3 to 6 years of experience as a qualified advocaat
