What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Represent national and international clients in proceedings before district courts, appeal courts and the Supreme Court
- Handle Enterprise Chamber (Ondernemingskamer) proceedings on corporate disputes
- Advise on civil procedure law, corporate law and contract law issues
- Work within the Corporate Litigation/Corporate Law section alongside experienced litigation advocates
- Vertegenwoordig nationale en internationale cliënten in procedures bij rechtbanken, gerechtshoven en de Hoge Raad
- Behandel Ondernemingskamer-procedures over ondernemingsrechtelijke geschillen
- Adviseer over kwesties op het gebied van burgerlijk procesrecht, ondernemingsrecht en contractenrecht
- Werk binnen de sectie Corporate Litigation/Corporate Law samen met ervaren procesadvocaten
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 4 to 6 years of experience with demonstrated knowledge of civil procedure law, corporate law and contract law
- An independent, analytical and practical, commercial and client-oriented approach
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work full-time (40 hours) or part-time (32 hours), based mainly in 's-Hertogenbosch with occasional work in Amsterdam
- 4 tot 6 jaar ervaring met aantoonbare kennis van burgerlijk procesrecht, ondernemingsrecht en contractenrecht
- Een zelfstandige, analytische en praktische, commerciële en cliëntgerichte instelling
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
- Bereidheid om fulltime (40 uur) of parttime (32 uur) te werken, hoofdzakelijk vanuit 's-Hertogenbosch met incidenteel werk in Amsterdam
