Banning's Corporate Litigation section in 's-Hertogenbosch is looking for an associate with 4 to 6 years of experience to represent clients before courts ranging from the district court to the Enterprise Chamber and the Supreme Court.
What you will do
- Represent national and international clients in proceedings before district courts, appeal courts and the Supreme Court
- Handle Enterprise Chamber (Ondernemingskamer) proceedings on corporate disputes
- Advise on civil procedure law, corporate law and contract law issues
- Work within the Corporate Litigation/Corporate Law section alongside experienced litigation advocates
What we are looking for
- 4 to 6 years of experience with demonstrated knowledge of civil procedure law, corporate law and contract law
- An independent, analytical and practical, commercial and client-oriented approach
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work full-time (40 hours) or part-time (32 hours), based mainly in 's-Hertogenbosch with occasional work in Amsterdam
