What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Conduct due diligence investigations for mid-market M&A transactions
- Draft transaction documents for buying and selling parties, including private equity and venture capital clients
- Work within an integrated section of lawyers, candidate notaries and paralegals
- Collaborate with international referral offices on cross-border matters
- Voer due-diligenceonderzoeken uit bij mid-market M&A-transacties
- Stel transactiedocumentatie op voor kopende en verkopende partijen, waaronder private equity- en venture capital-cliënten
- Werk binnen een geïntegreerde sectie van advocaten, kandidaat-notarissen en paralegals
- Werk samen met internationale referral-kantoren bij grensoverschrijdende dossiers
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A nearly completed master's degree in Dutch law with an affinity for corporate law
- Prior legal service experience preferred
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English
- Ambition to grow into an independent dealmaker within a structured three-year salary track, from around 4,337 to 5,172 euros gross per month
- Een bijna afgeronde master Nederlands recht met affiniteit met het ondernemingsrecht
- Eerdere ervaring in de juridische dienstverlening is een pré
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels
- Ambitie om uit te groeien tot zelfstandig dealmaker binnen een opbouwend salaristraject over drie jaar, van circa 4.337 tot 5.172 euro bruto per maand
