BarentsKrans' ten-lawyer Employment Law section, ranked in The Legal 500 and Chambers Europe, is looking for a working student to join from December 2026 for 2 to 3 days a week.De sectie Arbeidsrecht van BarentsKrans, bestaande uit tien advocaten en genoteerd in The Legal 500 en Chambers Europe, zoekt een werkstudent die vanaf december 2026 2 tot 3 dagen per week meedraait.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work across the full breadth of employment law practice, from reorganizations to works council procedures
- Investigate legal questions arising from CAO negotiations and other employer matters
- Participate in section meetings and attend court hearings
- Build practical experience within a ten-lawyer team known for its informal atmosphere
- Draai mee over de volle breedte van de arbeidsrechtpraktijk, van reorganisaties tot medezeggenschapstrajecten
- Onderzoek juridische vraagstukken die voortkomen uit cao-onderhandelingen en andere werkgeversdossiers
- Neem deel aan sectievergaderingen en woon zittingen bij
- Doe praktijkervaring op binnen een team van tien advocaten dat bekendstaat om zijn informele sfeer
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- In the final phase of a bachelor's or master's in Dutch law with an interest in employment law
- Prior legal internship or student work experience preferred
- Fluency in spoken and written Dutch and English
- Availability from December 2026 for 2 to 3 days a week (alternative start dates negotiable)
- In de laatste fase van je bachelor of master Nederlands recht met interesse in arbeidsrecht
- Eerdere stage- of bijbaanervaring in de juridische dienstverlening is een pré
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels
- Beschikbaarheid vanaf december 2026 voor 2 tot 3 dagen per week (andere startdata bespreekbaar)
