Brinkhof is looking for an associate with 4 to 8 years of litigation experience to handle complex civil litigation and collective actions for leading international technology companies.
What you will do
- Handle complex civil litigation for leading international technology companies
- Work on collective actions (collectieve acties) alongside specialists in competition law, privacy and platform regulation
- Draft complex procedural documents and legal opinions
- Contribute to multidisciplinary case strategies involving online platforms and AI businesses
What we are looking for
- 4 to 8 years of experience in legal practice with substantial litigation background
- Experience or affinity with information law and interest in technology sector developments
- Strong research and writing abilities for complex procedural documents
- Fluency in Dutch and English, essential given the international context
