- Handle complex civil litigation for leading international technology companies
- Work on collective actions (collectieve acties) alongside specialists in competition law, privacy and platform regulation
- Draft complex procedural documents and legal opinions
- Contribute to multidisciplinary case strategies involving online platforms and AI businesses
- Behandel complexe civiele procedures voor toonaangevende internationale technologiebedrijven
- Werk aan collectieve acties samen met specialisten op het gebied van mededingingsrecht, privacy en platformregulering
- Stel complexe processtukken en juridische adviezen op
- Draag bij aan multidisciplinaire zaaksstrategieën rond online platforms en AI-bedrijven
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 4 to 8 years of experience in legal practice with substantial litigation background
- Experience or affinity with information law and interest in technology sector developments
- Strong research and writing abilities for complex procedural documents
- Fluency in Dutch and English, essential given the international context
- 4 tot 8 jaar ervaring in de advocatuur met een stevige proceservaring
- Ervaring met of affiniteit met informatierecht en interesse in ontwikkelingen in de technologiesector
- Sterke onderzoeks- en schrijfvaardigheden voor complexe processtukken
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, essentieel gezien de internationale context
