Brinkhof's Contracts team, led by partners Eliane de Vilder, Wieke van Angeren and Teun Burgers, is looking for a trainee lawyer to draft and negotiate technology contracts covering licences, sourcing, cloud, SaaS and AI, starting September 1, 2026.Het Contracts-team van Brinkhof, onder leiding van de partners Eliane de Vilder, Wieke van Angeren en Teun Burgers, zoekt een advocaat-stagiair(e) die contracten opstelt en onderhandelt op het gebied van licenties, sourcing, cloud, SaaS en AI, met als startdatum 1 september 2026.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Draft and negotiate technology contracts, including licences, sourcing, cloud, SaaS, AI and R&D agreements
- Have direct client contact from the start of the traineeship
- Work on commercial contract disputes and litigate before state courts and in arbitration
- Collaborate with colleagues in intellectual property, privacy, platforms, claims and patent law
- Stel technologiecontracten op en onderhandel hierover, waaronder licenties, sourcing, cloud, SaaS, AI en R&D-overeenkomsten
- Heb vanaf de start van de stage direct contact met cliënten
- Werk aan commerciële contractgeschillen en procedeer voor de gewone rechter en in arbitrage
- Werk samen met collega's op het gebied van intellectuele eigendom, privacy, platforms, claims en octrooirecht
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A solid foundation in contract law and property law
- Excellent Dutch and English, given the international nature of the work
- Ability to move between detailed drafting work and commercial strategy
- Available to start on September 1, 2026

- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, gezien het internationale karakter van het werk
- Het vermogen om te schakelen tussen gedetailleerd opstelwerk en commerciële strategie
