What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Act as a go-to resource for the practice's lawyers on employment, pensions and remuneration questions
- Take an active role in business development, including client pitches and events
- Build and maintain precedent databases, draft templates and prepare client materials
- Help implement AI and legal technology tools to improve service delivery, and mentor junior associates and legal advisers
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de advocaten van de praktijkgroep bij vragen over arbeidsrecht, pensioenen en beloning
- Een actieve rol spelen in business development, waaronder cliëntpitches en events
- Precedentendatabases opbouwen en onderhouden, templates opstellen en cliëntmateriaal voorbereiden
- Meehelpen bij de implementatie van AI en legal tech tools om de dienstverlening te verbeteren, en junior advocaten en legal advisers begeleiden
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a lawyer or counsel, ideally with a focus on employment law, pensions and/or remuneration, gained at a larger law firm
- An innovative, self-starting and assertive working style
- Excellent written English and working proficiency in Dutch
- Proficiency with IT and AI tools
- Ten minste 5 jaar relevante ervaring als advocaat of counsel, bij voorkeur met focus op arbeidsrecht, pensioenen en/of beloning, opgedaan bij een groter advocatenkantoor
- Een innovatieve, initiatiefrijke en assertieve werkstijl
- Uitstekend Engels in woord en geschrift en werkbaar Nederlands
- Vaardigheid met IT- en AI-tools
